Meet Our Team – Michelle Ryan

Michelle has been working in debt recovery since 2005 and as a result she has extensive knowledge and experience of the legal debt recovery process. She previously worked as the Head of Debt Recovery within Tracey Solicitors LLP for over 7 years. Michelle took a career break to spend time with her family and rejoined Carlisle Solicitors in 2024.

Michelle has a strong love and passion for what she does, and her knowledge and experience allows her to advise clients on how best to approach the outstanding debts that they have. Michelle aims to make sure all clients feel heard as she helps guide them through the debt recovery process.

Outside of the office, Michelle loves being creative, walking her dog and spending time with her family.
